Our Mission
Our mission is clear, to increase the percentage of women in aviation careers globally. We do this by supporting, inspiring, educating, connecting and informing women.
Our reach reflects the scale of our mission. We now have a global community made up if thousands of members across 144 countries, we have hosted 40+ events on five continents, 20+ webinars in multiple languages, and grown a social media audience of over 40,000 people championing women in aviation every day.
We recognise that organisations engage with Elevate(her) in different ways. While some choose to work with us through our full Corporate Partnerships, others are looking for a more flexible way to stay involved, demonstrate their commitment, and access practical resources. The Corporate Membership provides a clear, structured, and accessible option.
