I don't say this often enough, but joining Elevate(her) genuinely changed something in me. I remember scrolling through the group posts for the first time — the airshow recaps, the webinar announcements, the "what's your favourite airport?" threads — and thinking, "Oh… these are my people." For the first time, being a woman who is completely, unapologetically in love with aviation didn't feel like a solo journey.
Every time I read about someone attending Pilot Careers Live, catching up at Farnborough, or tuning in to a webinar with women like Stephanie Goetz or Mace Curran, I feel that little spark again — the same one I felt the very first time I watched a plane climb into the sky and thought, "I want to be part of that world."
