Over the past few months, we have been working to create a mentoring platform that connects women with inspiring aviation professionals from across the industry, representing a diverse range of careers, experiences and pathways.

With over 30 incredible mentors now part of our community, we are here to support women at every stage of their journey, whether you are taking your first steps towards a career in aviation, considering a career transition into the industry, or looking to progress and develop within your existing aviation career.

I don't say this often enough, but joining Elevate(her) genuinely changed something in me. I remember scrolling through the group posts for the first time — the airshow recaps, the webinar announcements, the "what's your favourite airport?" threads — and thinking, "Oh… these are my people." For the first time, being a woman who is completely, unapologetically in love with aviation didn't feel like a solo journey.

Every time I read about someone attending Pilot Careers Live, catching up at Farnborough, or tuning in to a webinar with women like Stephanie Goetz or Mace Curran, I feel that little spark again — the same one I felt the very first time I watched a plane climb into the sky and thought, "I want to be part of that world." Last week, Elevate(her) attended Farnborough International Airshow ✈️

It was an incredible day spent meeting so many inspiring people who share a passion for aviation. We loved catching up with our existing members, while also welcoming many new women to our community. Hearing about their ambitions, career journeys, and what inspired them to pursue aviation was truly motivating.

Our team was blown away by the enthusiasm, passion, and support shown by everyone who stopped by our stand. Thank you to everyone who came to say hello!
