In 2023 when Elevate(her) Aviation launched, our goal for the future was to support, and encourage more women and young people into aviation wherever we can. Whether it is to fly commercially, be an engineer or air traffic controller or simply to fly because it is your passion.
Today, this is still our goal, but we have a road map to make this a reality from women and girls globally. It is now our challenge to see a tangible increase in the percentage off women in aviation careers.
