Meet the Elevate(her) Team
Eloise Shuckburgh
El has completed her ATPL exams and has been a volunteer with Elevate(her) since the very beginning, and has now taken on the role of International Coordinator with the Elevate(her) Team.
Lily Ayres
Lily has worked in the aviation industry for 7 years in a variety of roles, and is currently an Airworthiness Engineer at Draken, providing CAMO support to fixed wing special mission aircraft. Lily gained her PPL in 2023 through the help of flying scholarships, and was then awarded a training contract with Draken to gain her fATPL.
Jess Fraser
Jess has always had an interest in aviation and joined the industry after university as airline cabin crew. It is here where she felt truly inspired by her colleagues, and especially looked up to the few female pilots. Her goal is to be a commercial pilot and hopefully inspire other young females along the way, that they can do the same!
Kate Lenny
Was another one of Elevate(her)'s first volunteers. Kate heads up our blogs and has written some incredibly powerful pieces of writing. Kate is also a commercial pilot.
Jenny Hamblin
Jenny plays a key role in creating and delivering new initiatives and innovative events that connect, inspire and empower our community. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating inclusive spaces and leveraging events as a platform for community impact.
Katherine Moloney
Is the Founder of Elevate(her) Aviation, and Professional Speaker. She has obtained a Private Pilot's Licence for both helicopter and fixed wing aircraft.
She has active social media accounts aimed at supporting and encouraging people in the aviation industry which has over 700,000 followers across platforms.
