The Elevate(her) x British Airways Bursaries
This is Sigourney, one of our Bursary winners during one of her gliding lessons which was made possible by the bursary.
School Outreach
Elevate(her) conducts outreach to schools, colleges and universities globally. We have an incredible team of outreach volunteers from within the aviation industry.
Attending Careers Fairs
We attend careers fairs in the UK and beyond to help inspire and support the next generation into aviation careers.
Walk + Talk Events
Elevate(her) Hosts Walk + Talk Events at local airports to inspire community and togetherness within aviation.
Collaboration with The Planespotting Club
We collaborate on planespotting events with The Planespotting Club to help support and inspire women and girls in their passion for aviation.
Event for Women with Disabilities in Aviation
We collaborated with Aerobility, an incredible UK Charity on an event aimed at supporting and inspiring women with disabilities in aviation.
School, University, College + Cadet Talks
At Elevate(her) we regularly give talks to schools, universities cadets and colleges and aviation careers and the opportunities that are available.
Aviation Museum Visits
We have organised visits to key aviation museums as a way to connect and engage women over their passion for aviation.

At Elevate(her) we know the importance of connecting with a younger generation on aviation careers. One of our most important pillars is our outreach. We have an incredible team of women in our outreach team who are dedicated to speaking to schools, cadets, universities and colleges about aviation careers and pathways into the industry.
Our talks centre around who we are, what we do, a slide on each of the areas of aviation that you can get involved in, as well as current scholarships and helpful tips when applying for scholarships and bursaries.
