Elevate(her) Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in joining an Elevate(her) Team. Our volunteers play an important role in growing our global community, delivering events, creating opportunities, and supporting women in aviation around the world.
Stage 1: Online Application
Stage 2: Presentation & Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a virtual interview with members of the Elevate(her) team.
As part of the interview, applicants will deliver a 5–10 minute presentation covering:

A brief introduction to themselves and their background.

Why they would like to join Elevate(her).

Which area(s) of the team they would be most interested in supporting.

Two or three ideas for initiatives, events or projects they would like to help deliver within their country or region.

How they would approach bringing one of those ideas to life and the impact they hope it would have.
Following the presentation, there will be an informal interview where we’ll discuss their ideas in more detail, learn more about their experience, and answer any questions they may have about the role.
Stage 3: Welcome to the Team
Successful applicants will be invited to join one of our Elevate(her) International Teams. Together, we’ll identify the areas they are most passionate about and begin planning how they can contribute to events, outreach, partnerships, research, webinars, and other initiatives that support women in aviation across their region.
