AERO Asia 2025

We are so proud to have Eloise Shuckburgh represent Elevate(her) alongside Kate Lenny last week at our first AERO Asia in Zhuhai China, and grateful for the opportunity to speak about how we, as an organisation, are “Shaping an Inclusive Future” in the industry.

The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with leaders and innovators across the industry — from exploring breakthrough technologies like eVTOL and advanced air mobility, to discussing how we can encourage greater diversity in aviation’s next chapter. 

As an organisation committed to increasing the percentage of women in aviation careers worldwide, a particular highlight was meeting the President of the China Ladies Flying Club. Sharing ideas, exchanging experiences and recognising the many challenges we have in common was a powerful reminder of how global this mission truly is.

A huge thank you to the AERO team for being so supportive and for the opportunities they’ve given us. Your encouragement and commitment to inclusion made this experience incredibly meaningful.
