British Airways Future Pilot Event!

This week we hosted our Future Pilot event with British Airways!

We started the day with a career passport networking session, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with women from across British Airways and cadets from the Speedbird Pilot Academy. Attendees were able to gain valuable insight into their career journeys, experiences and the diverse range of opportunities available across the aviation industry.

The event then focused on networking and group problem solving activities to build connections and work together to tackle fun aviation-related challenges. Attendees also had the opportunity to step inside a British Airways A320 simulator and take the controls. The day also included a personal branding workshop, focused on showcasing skills and experience in interviews, and strengthening LinkedIn profiles.

We rounded off the day with a positive reflection session, where attendees shared something they had noticed and appreciated about each of their peers throughout the event.
