Seeing the room filled with so much energy, ambition, and connection was a powerful reminder of why this community exists. It has been truly inspiring to witness how the Elevate(her) message continues to resonate across the globe, and how many women are finding inspiration, encouragement, and meaningful support through our growing community.

Fantastic day today with some of the Elevate(her) Aviation Core Team. This group of women is nothing short of incredible, and I feel genuinely lucky to work alongside people who bring so much passion and commitment to everything they do. Today was filled with thoughtful conversations, big ideas, and some really exciting brainstorming about what’s ahead.
